Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We only accept returns and provide refunds under the following specific condition:
- The product is Damaged During Shipping/Transit.
- No other reasons (such as “change of mind”, “didn’t like the color”, or “ordered by mistake”) will be entertained for returns or refunds.
2. Compulsory Unboxing Video
To claim a refund or replacement for a shipping-damaged product, a full unboxing video is COMPULSORY. Please follow these guidelines:
- The video must start before you open the courier seal.
- The shipping label and tracking ID must be clearly visible in the video.
- The video must be uncut and unedited from start to finish, showing the actual damage.
- Failure to provide a valid unboxing video will lead to an immediate rejection of the claim.
3. Reporting Window
Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery time mentioned in the tracking status. After 24 hours, we will assume the product was delivered in perfect condition and no claims will be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once your unboxing video and damage claim are verified by our team:
- We will initiate a pickup for the damaged item.
- After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
